Goofism is the the illness or sickness of being a good. Examples, hardcore, non-stop thievery, pathological liars, and basically anyone who is constantly fucking you around, all are infected with goofism. It is highly contagious and passed on by hanging out with goofs

Nanaimo is a town that runs rampit with goofism in BC. If you're an all around decent person, beware, goofism will fuck with your entire life and is also very contagious
