Literally means, Foreign Urban Language. It is a broader term for Slang. An ever changing set of words and phrases to establish a new and stylish way of talking. It is usually used by teenagers and people from Urban places.

Pronounced "fool nob". Slang for someone who is a nob but extra foolish. Spelled "ful" because "fool nob" is a ful nob way to spell it.
