the story of fhartbach is that in 1991 kaliningrad started an independence movement against the soviet union and russia and succeded with it.

It is ruled by a horses copse that is constantly moving in a swimming pool, there are 8 high priests watching it from each 45° angle and depending on the horses movement in said pool they determine its will.

Fhartbach's capital city is called Schizenhausen after the mental illness of Schizophrenia.
