The flap on a fighter pilot's flight suit on the right shoulder which was made to cover the pencil/pen holders. It is customary to cut off the "fag tag" which allows the pilot to apply a small rectangular "pocket patch" on the now unused section of velcro.

A game played by members of male gender in where one guy will exclaim "fag tag" and then use the back of their hand to strike the other man in their group in the genitals. Any form of communicating the phrase fag tag is acceptable i.e. text messages, other people saying it, having it read aloud etc etc.

Guy 1-So anything fun planned for tonight?

Guy 2-Well me and cierra are gonna go out to dinner then...

Guy 1-(interrupting) FAG TAG!!! (striking Guy 2 in the balls).
