Ear protection. Commonly used among the firearms/military scene to refer to noise-cancelling headphones or ear plugs to mitigate hearing loss from sustained shooting.

Little Timmy didn't have his earpro on when he fired his daddy's shotgun and his ears were ringing for an hour straight. Don't be like little Timmy. Wear your earpro.
