1. A word that is used everyday most likely, but a word like no other. It is the douchey way of saying "deal" in an attempt to seem cool or superior to the other lesser mortals who say it normally. One of the more recent additions to acts of douchebaggery, however, people use it because they are not aware of the way they appear to the others in their company.

2. The lyrics to the song by P!nk. "what's the dealio?"
Nick: OH MY GOD!!! I DIED ON ROUND 7!!!
Alex: wow, come on Nick, what's your dealio?

Nick: Matthew GO FINISH YOUR PAPER!!!
Alex: yeah, Matthew, what's the dealio?

Matthew: Hey Nick, you want a schnack?
Nick: nah, i'm not feeling very hungry...
Matthew: YUO ALWAYS WANT A SCHNACK!!! WHAT'S YOUR DEALIO?!?!?

Get the Dealio mug.
What's the deal? Wuzzup? What it is? What it will be? What's gonon?, What's REALLY gonon? Wuzapnin? What's this all about? What's the time? What's next? Who's next?
But with a little flair. Can be:

1) a little more intimidating, as in toying with someone. (Tell me the truth.) Or,

2) just trying to sound cool (sometimes sounds FOOL or like a prick).
1) DX: "So tell me Regina. You sez you at home all night; but, my boyz seen you riding the Avenues in a black Beamah! Now ... WHAT'S THE DEALIO?!"

2) COOLIO FOOLIO: "WHAT'S THE DEALIO, Emilio? Sound like a shoddy old audio. Maybe we oughta BURY yo' stereo!"

Get the yo yo yo whats the dealio mug.
An informal and semi jocular way of sayinging the word “Deal” while removing the implied cutting harshness and seriousness of the phrase it is part of, also applying some levity to what otherwise may be perceived by the interlocutor as an overly aggressive, patronizing, Or inappropriately serious command or question.

For example “what’s the deal with the money I loaned you for lunch yesterday” could come across as petty, whereas “I bought you lunch yesterday, are you buying? what’s the dealio?” Would lend a light touch too an otherwise awkward conversation.
Are we going halfsies on a boat or not… What’s the dealio?

What’s the dealio with Jonathan’s haircut?

OK Tony, you can have my half of the sports book; let’s talk terms - what’s the dealio?
