someone/something that has an appeal to be cuddled. For example, maybe a stuffed animal or a pet. A small petit person or an adorable person where you just wanna pinch their cheeks and hold them. Maybe even a tall person that you wanna cuddle up to and hug them to feel cozy.

Also, when a really annoying girl comes up to carly and sam, she says that she sees a teacher at the cuddlefish concert.
