Used to refer to someone who is coming own off har rugs an is all "twigged out", and therefore doing things such as 1.) swatting bugs that are not there 2.) dodging projectiles that are not there 3.) buying alcohol when you're all wrecked and 7 a.m.

1. A Crackhead; but one that is So far from reality that it's FUNNY.

2. A weirdo that is addicted to Crack or Crystal Meth.

3. A person that does Weid Crack-head-like things and/or ACTS like a "chickenhead" or Crackhead.

Cracky is a synonym of great but is only used in the context of explaining that you are feeling not great or unwell. Used mostly in northern England, especially Yorkshire.

"I'm not feeling too cracky today" ie. feeling unwell or not your best
