Get the Kurt Cobain's Microphone mug.The lead singer of Nirvana, a truely wonderful man who influenced a generation. Sung such great songs as "Smells Like Teen Spirit", "Im Bloom", "Heart-Shaped Box" and "Lithium". The man who inspired me to pick up a guitar and to try and write songs of my own, and form a small band with some friends. He died before his time, wether is was by suicide or if someone killed him, the sad fact remians that he is no longer with us. He was one of the musical giants of our time, and is greatly missed.

Get the Kurt Cobain mug.A phenomena occuring in the music industry, in which an aspect of a band member's (usually the frontman/woman's) personality, actions, etc. becomes subject to quite a lot of debate among both fans and haters of the band. This would be perfectly alright, except for what inevitably happens is that the debate becomes so overblown that people begin to forget about the music of the band, and all they really know is the trivial feud over the aspect of the frontman/frontwoman. Named after Freddie Mercury, the frontman of the British classic rock band Queen, and Kurt Cobain, the frontman of the early '90s grunge band Nirvana.
Mercury/Cobain Effect:
Nirvana Fan 1: Courtney killed Kurt Cobain!
Nirvana Fan 2: Kurt killed himself!
Nirvana Fan 3: You're both wrong, Kurt is alive and well and hiding out in Winchestertonfieldville even as we speak!

In my oppinion,all of you who say that SHE is supposed to bring grunge back again,YOU ARE WRONG!
I belive that she has the right to live her own life,and do whatever she wants to do with it.Well maybe she doesn't want to talk about her dead father,or maybe she has an old photo album,but that is her privacy only!
She is a spitting image of Kurt,and I really think she is great.
It is hard to deal with all popularity thing,and it is even harder to grow up sooner than the others.
I'm her age,and I'm really happy that Kurt left such beautiful kid behind him.
