A person who prefers to eat chicken more than other type of red or white meat (eg. more than beef, pork, venison). Either exclusively or mainly chickenarian.

Linda doesn't like steak as it gets stuck in her teeth, and she thinks ham is fattening.

So I guess she's a chickenarian?
I suppose so.

Chickatarianism

The lifestyle in which someone is a vegetarian but also eats chicken. Similar to a pescatarianism but instead of fish it is chicken.

Person 1: WOAH! Why are you eating chicken I thought you were vegan?

Person 2: Nooooo. Haven’t you heard? Vegan is out, I’m on this trendy new lifestyle of chickatarianism. You should try it.

A person who does not eat any other meat but chicken.

My cousin only eat only vegetables, nuts and fruit because she's obsessed with being a vegetarian, but she still eats chicken. I call her a chickenatarian.
