Chefrovirus

When someone is always falling asleep, is very poor, and cries a lot.

Person 1: Where's Chef? We were supposed to meet up and go shopping.
Person 2: I don't know, I think he he fell asleep again, plus he is poor. I think he has Chefrovirus.
Person 1: That's a shame, he'll cry when he finds out we had fun.
