A mild, low spectrum form of Autism (not unlike Asperger Syndrome) brought about by overexposure to the Internet. Accompanying symptoms include : greasy hair, pale skin, poor hygiene and an overwhelming dearth of social skills.

Mostly used during drug interactions by drug-fiends where the user or buyer may be short of cash to get what he wants and offer sexual favors or trade of ownership of a personal valuable as currency or credit towards the product desired.
