Noun: The enemies in the hit video game "Disney's Toontown Online". There are 32 individual cogs, 4 departments, and 4 cog bosses for their respective department.
They were made on accident after Scrooge McDuck improperly finished the wiring job on The Chairman, bringing him to life, imprisoning Scrooge, and making the first batch of cogs.
The war on cogs first started when a Yesman descended onto the election grounds and made Slappy Quackintosh go sad. Flippy Doggenbottom declared war, thus starting the endless battle.
They range in level, with certain types having minimum and maximum levels. Certain gags work better on some cogs than others. All of their attacks are based on buisness terms / puns. (Ex. "Half Windsor", "Pecking Order", "Downsize",)
