Short for "black attitude". The uppity attitude an African American displays when he/she feels disrespected. Is usually displayed by females, often accompanied with yelling, finger-waving, and head-bobbing.

I accused an African American of cutting in line at the grocery store and she started giving me blattitude.

UK. To be very very drunk. With our culture of binge drinking becoming more and more prevalent in recent years a whole new bunch of words are coming out to decribe being completely off your face on a Friday or Saturday night out. This one is a combination of the common words for being drunk battered and bladdered.

BLATT

The Blood gang uses this as a kind of call to alert fellow Bloods that either they need them for something or just to establish that they see eachother like " Whaddup Blood." You have to roll your toungue when you pronounce this.
The rival gang Crips also sometimes use the word "Clatt" as a form of disrespect to the bloods and to also alert their fellow crips too.

I saw my b^rother yesterday reppin that red, so I yelled "blatt" to him and he threw up them signs ya digg.
