Blackspotting

Blackspotting is a way to fight the big corporations. It started with the Blackspot sneaker made by adbusters. It was made to fight everything the coporation stood for, Blackspot Sneakers (the Anti-Corporation) spread the word to "Blackspot" the Logos on your clothes and similar products. Blackspotting is simple. You take out a Sharpie and scribble a circle over the logo on your shoes, binder, clothing, etc... It's their to give the mega-corporations a swift kick in the brand. Some people even blackspot over adds on billboards.

"Sarah Just Finished Blackspotting the Swoosh on her Nikes." "They Had Found out That it Was Kyle who Blackspotted The Logo Sign on the Coke Bottling Plant."

Brand created by Adbusters in response to Nike's buyout of converse. Blackspot fabricates their shoes in union run factories. The brand was invented to challenge shoe makers like Nike and Adidas to pay their workers a living wage
