When you wake up in the morning and realize you don't have any breakfast and bitch about it. Also refered as bitchfasting.

Alex: "What are you bitching about?"

Jake: "I woke up this morning and I couldn't find anything to eat!"

Alex: "Ah I see your having a bitchfast..."
