Bik pack

A combination of "Bikram Yoga" and "six pack abs."

A "Bik pack" is a false sense of abdominal definition caused by sucking in your stomach in front of a large mirror while doing yoga postures in a hot room— as is the custom in Bikram Yoga studios.

I was rocking Bik pack abs during Half Moon pose (arms overhead, bending side to side, and then holding the posture for 30 seconds to a minute). Sadly, my one pack returned when I exhaled and stood like a normal person.

Bik Sol

Bik Sol: A term short for Sand Brick Solution that me and my friend came up with on Holliday break. Bik Sol is an ingenious sand solution used to make pebble shaped bricks that are really strong and helpful when you want to make walls, towers and even small houses on the beach efficiently and effectively. For now I think I’ll keep the recipe a secret!

Usually on the beach when me and my friend are bored we use “Bik Sol” Sand solution to create awesome sand structures
