He has a double identity, as Agent P he fights an evil pharmacist/super villian/evil scientest named Dr. Heinz Doofenschmirtz, but as Perry he's simple the Flynn family's pet platypus. You can tell he's Agent P when he has his hat on but otherwise he's not recognized as Agent P and is rather Perry. When he is Agent P he works for an agency called the OWCA (Orginization Without a Cool Acronym), which is run by Major Monogram and MM's intern, Carl. He's had various experiences, one where he has changed supervillians and fought the regurgitator, and another where he was replaced by another agent, Peter the Panda, but in the end his hate for Dr. Doofenschmirtz is undying. Another relation he has is with Phineas and Ferb's friend, Isbella's pet chihuahua Pinky who works for a different more girly agency nearby. He's loyal to both being an agent and the Flynn family which is what makes him the best spy around.
