noun, a term to describe a person who casts Mass Dispel too slowly to have any effect what so ever, if they even cast it at all.

Can also be used to described that one lovable idiot who manages to die four times in a single boss encounter.

Ex 1. We might get this debuff off sometime within the next year, He's doing a Zupy.

Ex 2. Give it a minute, they've done a Zupy and GCD locked with Circle of Healing/
