Verb. To hurl a penny really hard, usually at the back of the head of someone sitting in front of you. A popular school prank.
A nickel might do more damage, but it was never worth throwing away 5 cents if you missed.
(Don't try this in college)

A penny can fly fast and hard if you wing it, especially if you held it like you're going to skip a stone, then put a snap to your wrist like a whip.

"Tee Hee, let's wing that guy in English Class again, (you know the one the principal caught beating off in the bathroom.")
Good penny wingers ought to be on the pitching staff of the school team, instead of in detention.

A huge hunk of alumminum or other type of metal material afixed to the rear of a car. Used to serve purpose in adding downforce to rear of rear wheel drive vehicle, but is now used on front wheel drive Civics and Accords and serves no useful purpose other than identification of Rice boy.

Wing

An automotive wing is a device attatched to the rear end of a vehicle to improve the down force of the rear wheels. Often it is confused with a spoiler, which simply changes the aerodynamic shape of the vehicle, but doesnt provide enough change to apply any downwards force.

Another misconseption is the uselessness of them on front-wheel drive ricers. Though often improperly installed, the actual 'wing' part can sometimes be reversed, depending on manufacturer, to reduce drag on the backside of the car, making it lighter, and applying more force to the front wheels.
