Watzman

The performance of inserting in a gloved finger into a superpubic catheter site after the catheter has been removed to maintain an open stoma. If performed while snorkeling then this is a sexual fetish. May also be performed without gloved fingers (see Dirty Watzman). Also may be performed while inserting a finger from the contralateral hand into the rectum to manipulate the prostate (see Left Handed or Right Handed Watzman). If using more than one finger, or fist (Partial or Full Watzman respectively).

I had to perform a Watzman maneuver until the on-call urologist could arrive with a new suprapubic catheter.

I Watzman'd him until a friend came along.
