Someone who gets away with things because they are young.

During the 2022 Beijing Olympics, the famous Russian figure skater, Kamila Valieva, tested positive for a banned substance. Despite this, she was still allowed to compete. So, if someone does something wrong but avoids punishment because of their age, they are referred to as a Valieva.

Person 1: Person 3 didn't have to go to detention like other girls did, even though she was guilty.
Person 2: It's just because she's younger. Such a Valieva!
