J.U.P.S.- Jacked Up Private Shi* or (J.U.P.S) is the act of doing something so incredibly immature, idiotic, impulsive, irrational and unprofessional that it would make the offender seem as though they were a Junior Enlisted Military member who lacked discipline to an unfathomable degree.

J.U.P.S. Example: 18 year old, PVT Snuffy proceeded to sneak off base after curfew, to get a tattoo of his wifes' stage name "Cinnamon" on his forehead, 48 hours after meeting her. Snuffy's NCO's became aware of this tattoo when PVT Snuffy arrived 35 minutes late for PT, in civilian clothes, by car, completely drunk.

It is a useful term at Public Swimming pools and other places where public swimming is allowed. Not everybody knows how to swim correctly or lack style in the water and for those people, you call that a Fucked Up Public Swimmer.
