1) a dentist
2) someone who isn't tongue in cheek about anything, and if you are, will bite your head off with their oh so useful teeth(by talking hopefully)

3) someone who was bullied in high school for having the name toothman
4) a very temperamental person who is also very articulate about just how much they hate you

I was so scared of that toothman, even though I bullied him in high school and he ended up being a dentist, he totally roasted me, man!

A satiric allusion to the word "euthanasia" - the act of assisted dying - adapted to mean dental damage inflicted on dental patient.

In this instance means the deliberate destruction of a healthy tooth by an incompetent, destructive dentist.

"OMG I told that %&%^* dentist I did NOT want that tooth ground down!!
She's committed toothanasia and now I need a new tooth!"
