An exclamation of agreement, particularly over something exciting. Saying "too shay" is used in conjunction with the two finger hand throw (on one hand hold pointer and middle finger together while moving wrist forward and backwards to the syllables of the word)

tooshy-moosh

A tooshy-moosh (n.) is a person, male generally, who, by acting in a feminine, elaborate, fussy or flamboyant manner, is considered to be tooshy-mooshy (adj.) The term "tooshy-moosh" originated in the back alleys of Amarillo, Texas, and it was originally applied to homosexual males, or males with copious amounts of cologne and beauty products, or males who were hard to satisfy, or pacifist males. However, tooshy-moosh has developed into a broad term, often playful, to merely poke harmless fun at someone.

Too-shay

The dumb one's way of spelling "touche."
Used commonly after someone makes a statement. Gets extremely annoying after a while. This word sticks horribly.

Me: This crayons red.
Paul: No, its green!
Me: No, its actually red.
Paul: Ah, too-shay!

Tooshy

The word tooshy came around in the south east of England by teenagers who use a lot of slang in they're vocabulary. The meaning of this word means "good".

i.e. "That girl is tooshy" means that they think the girl is good looking. Or it could be used in another context such as "This ain't tooshy" Which means this isn't nice/good.
