never show the burn card

The card that blackjack dealers (among other casino games) discard during active play. Showing the card after a hand is considered poor etiquette as the card could have changed the outcome of the hand in the player's favor. The same principle applies to a girl telling a guy, who likes her, (or vice versa) that he would've had a chance with her, had certain circumstances were in affect. Making a heartbreaking outcome even more devastating.
Jack: "Hi, Jill. Would you like to go out this weekend?"
Jill: "Sorry, I have a boyfriend."
Jack: "Oh, I didn't know. No problem."
Jill "Yea we're talking about getting married. But you're totally awesome. If I didn't have a b/f, I woulda SOOOO gone out with you."
Jack: "Sweetie, never show the burn card."

Pull the Race Card

When an ethnic minority accuses another person (usually white) of being discriminatory against their race in an attempt to be immune to criticism.
Larry: Can you just go away, Jerry? Every time I try and do something fun, you come along and screw it up.
Jerry: SHUT UP YOU RACIST!
Larry How am I a racist? I don't hate your race, I hate YOU. There's a difference, you know. Way to pull the race card, asshole.
Jerry: RACIST! HEY EVERYONE LOOK THIS GUY'S A RACIST! RACIST! RACIST! *runs away*
Larry: *sigh*

Playing The Married Card

The act where one individual who has recently got married (usually the male) automatically thinks he is better than his single or unattached friends for no apparent reason other than his own false sense of confidence. He often shows this behavior by talking down to or belittling his friends while at the same time his friends are quickly becoming distant from him for obvious reasons. This act of selfish over confidence usually results in the loss of the friendship or at the very least a situation where the friend loses all respect for the newly married individual. The married man is usually passed off as a joke.

Repeated infractions of this attitude will result in the individual losing the majority of his friends and eventually the respect of his wife. Ultimately this could lead to divorce and a very sad existence thereafter.
Person 1: Did you hear that Tom recently got married?

Person 2: Yeah, I heard & I really don't care.

Person 1: Why is that?

Person 2: Well the fool was very timid before, now he thinks he's better than all of us. He called me up the other day and tried to act superior like being married made him a god.

Person 1: Shit, no way. What a loser. I guess he's Playing The Married Card.

The Game (card version)

The Game is an invented game which is related to Magic the Gathering. The concept is that a player may use any creatures from any universe (comics, movies, mythology, etc.) and match them up against his opponents, the results of which are then debated. Creating a deck and playing The Game is a complex process, but the idea is simply to foster epic arguments
Carter and I were playing The Game (card version). He had no chance after my Gandalf ripped apart his Dumbledore

N.B. you don't call it The Game (card version). You call it The Game. urbandictionary required me to write it that way

The Hitler Card

A common last ditch effort in a heated political debate to steer the argument back in one's favor by declaring your opponent's position to be that of Adolf Hitler.

Often times this is done with little thought as to whether or not adolf hitler was for or against a particular side. Who cares about logic it's just fun to insult your opponents by likening them or their beliefs to tyrannical despots.
If you wish to play the Hitler Card and not look like a total tool here's some examples of Adolf Hitler's stances or at least what he claimed publicly.

He was For: abortion, capital punishment, censorship, eugenics, gun control, racial purity, and vegetarianism.

He was against: atheism, capitalism, communism, democracy, drinking, the disabled, feminists, Jews, Jehovah's witnesses, Gypsies, homosexuals, labor unions, pornography, prostitution, psychoanalysis, and smoking.

Ignore The Trolls Card

The card that users pulls on another party in an online forum or chatroom when they're quiet after a massive argument has taken place in an effort to talk them down or to blackmail the other users into not accepting and to defame the other opposing party but don't really talk about anything else other then the opposing party.
User A: Damn you!
User B: Damn you too!
User A: ...
User B: ...
User A: Life is great!
User B: ...
User A: You see folks, ignore the trolls and they be bored and find something else to do!

User B: Oh, he pulled the 'Ignore the Trolls Card' on me! I was just minding my own business, that's really unfair, I had to answer my doorbell!
