Technospiritualism

Technospiritualism is a spiritual and technological movement that advocates the production of spiritual technologies in order to reach a high spiritual level of being and unlocking spiritual abilities of people. Technospiritualism also advocates technoquantumism, technodeism and extraphysicism in order to facilitate reaching a high level of being and spirituality. Technospiritualism usually advocates secular spirituality, and the name of the spirituality form of technospiritualism is tecnospirituality.

Technospiritualism shows how late-stage transhumanism can be spiritual as well, and how can technodeism and extraphysicism help spirituality as well.

Technosuicide

Technosuicide is the act of intentionally causing the death of one's own online personality or account.

This act, more often than not, is the realization that mankind is in fact regressing and not advancing as many experts would believe via the invention of rapid telecommunications.

It also maybe due to how much one's own personal computer fails among other technology-related inconveniences.

I have seen the advances that man has made through internet, and I have seen the failures of it. In light of these failures that are far greater than its advances, I see no hope for the future of mankind in telecommunications. Therefore, I write my last Facebook status update before I commit technosuicide.

We made this term up to describe the “good people” of the internet who believe in the fundamental rights of individuals to be free, have free speech, fight hypocrisy and stand behind logic, technology and science over religion, political structure and tradition. These are the people who build and support things like Wikileaks, Anonymous, Linux and Wikipedia. They think that people can, and should, govern themselves. They are against external forms of control such as DRM, laws that are bought and sold by lobbyists, and religions like Scientology. They include splinter groups that enforce these ideals in the form of hacktivism, such as the takedown of the Sony Playstation Network after Sony tried to prosecute a hacker for unlocking its console.

You'd think that Bob would be in favor of Net Neutrality to help keep ISPs from creating different classes of Internet users, but he's a Technotarian so he doesn't believe that the government has a right to regulate ISPs in the first place.
