Tompass

*Acting like your hurt because you've just hurt someone else.

*Trying to get people to feel sympathetic for you even though you're at fault.

*Feigning injury in order to soften the consequences of your idiotic act.

Mr Tompass the 6ft teacher inadvertently shoulder charges an innocent female student during a physical eduaction drill. She goes down like a sack of potatoes clutching her beaten body. Mr Tompass (realising what he's done) cerebrally falls to one knee pretending to be injured in order to soften the blow. To top it off Tompass escorts the poor girl to the school medical facility leaving the class a hero rather than a villian thus DOING A TOMPASS.

Tomato Tomahto

A saying which refers to a difference between two opinions that is so small that it doesn't matter.

The saying originated from the 1937 song Let's Call the Whole Thing Off by George and Ira Gershwin. In the song, the two pronounciations of "tomato" are compared: "tuh-may-toe" and "tuh-mah-toe". When people say "tomato tomahto" they say both pronounciations, as they were compared in the song.
