They are paired with another male character to be the “dad.” This started with Sugawara from Haikyu!! but quickly spread like a rampant disease to other fandoms. Usually there will be “mom” or “mama” mixed with their names. Ex. mamapika (kurapika from hxh) 😰, sugamama🤮🤮.
