This popular practice has recently spread to the middle east and more so in Iraq.

The thing French have done ever since the repeating rifle was made. And in Iraq, the people are getting food, clothing, medical aid, school supplies, etc. 500 Casuleties out of 600,000 people, PRETTY DAMN GOOD. France just needs to train Iraqis to surrender instead of pretend to.
