Usually pronounced when mumbling. The description of weed when talking about it in public. can also be said while making a "2-puffs on the joint" gesture

Example 1:

The Boy: Yo dog, whats good?
The Man: Nothin. What you doin?
The Boy: Not shit.
The Man: You wanna go behind tha dumpster n smoka lil bitter dat sum sum?

Example 2:
Tina: Do you smell skunk?"
Ed: Skunk? You talkin as in the animal? Or you talkin bout you smell sum sum?

SUM

"SUM" is a shortened direct command with a meaning similar to "be quiet"', but which is commonly perceived as an angrier and more forceful demand to stop making noise or otherwise communicating. The phrase is probably a shortened form of "shut your mouth up", and its use is generally considered impolite.

Laura: I'll really hate rain, it scares the hell out of me. I mean were does it come from, can you drink it?
