a stroll is a super troll who is mentally unstable. Similar to the media, tabloids and the paparazzi except they are of the deviant stalker type who relies on stealth, electronic warfare voyeurism and espionage. A stroll watches a person 24 hours a day seven days a week while gaining sexual gratification from the victim leading to obsession that will never end until they get a full release or get killed. Very perverted individuals who question other peoples sanity while being unaware of their own mental illness.
