Scottish slang word for talking, chatting, nattering or having a light hearted discussion.

Spraffologist, A person who is good at putting words to music live, improvising words to music on-the-fly not using the original composers lyrics, often just for fun or comedic effect.

Somebody who goes out asking others for things like Money, Drugs or cigarettes in a bar spraffing for drinks off others.

That Oli he is such a spraff I've just seen him ask somebody for a bite of their sausage roll
