Named for PA Senator Arlen Specter who switched from Republican to Democrat after 20 years as a Republican.

Specter (Villain)

Specter is the main enemy of the "Ape Escape" Series. He is a spider monkey. He is albino (white) with spiky hair with blue highlights at the tips. He wears a black cape with red pants and brown shoes in two of the games, a suit in another two, and black pants with boots and a red cape in the others. He wears a special helmet that gives him his powers. He also has a awesome floating hover craft throne packed with missiles.

Doing a Harvey Specter, is to dismiss another drivers achievements on the car, and say a car was "championship capable" when it clearly was not. With their favourite driver being an obvious exception.
