(Skrump; Skrumpin-verb) Slang terminology used in American English language that is popular in the southern region of the United States used to describe the act of habitual sexual intercourse. Term derived from the motion and position that a body may make during the act of sex (scrunching up). HISTORY: Usage of term has historically been more popular amongst promiscuous caucasian women.
