Scrug

"Scrug" is when a teenager with a loving family dresses like he has street experience. Scrugs may wear Sprayground backpacks, Bape hoodies, tight jeans or may have lanyards dangling from the belt loops in their pants.

I saw that "Scrug" over there, what a shame his family is still together.
