shlaverage

A shlaverage is a penis of average/normal length, not too big not too small. The length of it can be measured between 4 and 7 inches but this can vary depending on your culture. Usually used when the correct length is not known but the word can roughly describe the length.

Adjective. Used to describe something that is savagely average. So mediocre it's almost painful.
