Sapper is a light Army combat engineer, who has mastered the art of patrolling, demolition, and other light fighting commando style tactics. Sappers are bad ass and are equal to, if not better then Rangers. Sappers are often attached to infantry groups or Ranger operations to provide engineer expertise in demolition, booby traps and reconnaissance.

The emotion and/or state of being in which the person is both happy and sad, bored and fustrated, and wishes to do everything and nothing at once. This feeling may also include a sense of loneliness and horniness but without any drive to actually do anything, causing further fustration. Can often come about during times at which this person is in a very bad situation. People who are constantly sapperstrucked are beyond emo.

Snappers

In marijuana culture, snappers are also sometimes refered to as "One'ies" (Wun-Eez). Basically you pack just enough to get one good green hit and then have it extinguish on its own. Efficiency is the name of the game with snappers.
