Smolspeak (also known as babyspeak or toddlerspeak) is the act of intentionally misspelling things to give the impression that a small child wrote the message. It likely has its roots in the common misspellings of UwU speech.

Friend A: "Look at he smol hends!"
Friend B: "Could you stop with the smolspeak, please?"
