A rattail of dreadlocks. Dreadlocks flowing from a relatively small portion of the back of the head while the remainder of the scalp is hairless.
A hair style that requires immense self confidence and disregard for the opinions of others. This word, rullet, is the logical onomastic evolution of the root word: drullet.
