Dirty Ripcord

A saturated (used) tampon that has been pulled and left somewhere in plain view, such as the floor, toilet seat, etc., so as to horrify unsuspecting onlookers. It's the ultimate bathroom (or any room) prank.

You never know what you might find a public ladies' bathroom, ranging from a turd on the floor, a puddle of urine, or the dreaded dirty ripcord.
