A term for a post on twitter that is worthy enough of being retweeted by the original poster's followers. Such posts can be clever, insightful, or just downright funny. Actually retweeting such posts is not necessary.

When someone pretends to be retweeting (RT) a tweet from a famous person in order to make themselves look like they have famous friends.
This is a Fake Retweet: Wow. Thanks! RT @Slash: You know what band rocks? @strawfootmusic that's who! (Slash never said this, but it's written to make it look like he did.)

(641) Don't make me say it
Retweeted by kathy"

The people on twitter who have to constantly re-post messages from other people all day long. You wonder if these people have any original thoughts or ideas of their own.
I can't believe this, every time I go to this guys twitter page, he is constantly re-tweeting some celebrity's controversial quote. No wonder his followers are way down, he's become a relentless retweeter. twitter, tweet, unoriginal, copy, boring, social messaging

Expression of angst demonstrated by quickly re-tweeting with a comment. Agitated series of tweets made while irritated.
The more irritating the original thought expressed; the greater probability of furious ir-retweeting.
