An age regressor is a person who is mentally younger for periods of time due to stress. This is common in people with PTSD,
Autism, Anxiety, or other disabilities that cause them to have large amounts of stress.
Age regression is nothing to be ashamed of, and is completly normal.

Regression Monkey

An academic whose research consists of the stata commands reg, ivregress, robust, and vce().

The term is a reference to the old adage, "Infinite monkey theorem", that a million monkeys randomly typing at a million typewriters would eventually produce Shakespeare. To understand the term, just replace typewriters with "computers with stata" and shakespeare with "insightful economics."

A Regression Monkey hitting keys at random on a computer with Stata for an infinite amount of time will almost surely type any given text, such as the complete works of insightful economics.

Age Regression

Age regression is a coping mechanism used by people often with ptsd, anxiety, depression or simply any sort of childhood trauma/stress. Some regressors will regress back farther then others. Ways you could possibly tell someone is a regressor, Babbling/Slurring words, Doing childish activites, Pacifiers, Stuffies, Bottles, Thumb sucking ect. A lot of people mistake age regression for age play. Age regression and age play are both very different. Age play is a kink whilst age regression is a coping mechanism.

"Hey why do ze have a pacifier?" "Oh it's because xe use age regression as a coping mechanism." "Oh nice!"

Intro of darkness then redness then whiteness

An action used by popular youtube comedian Toby Turner, aka Tobuscus, who does a wide range of videos, from songs, to virals, to vlogs, to gameplay commentary. To form an intro in his daily vlog series, he places his thumb on the camera lens, creating darkness, then redness, then whiteness, and sings "Intro of darkness then redness then whiteness" This is used to add an intro to the video, or as Toby often says, to end an awkward moment.

Pet regression

pet regression is a safe state of mind which is freeing and without responsibilities. it is like age regression in that way but the difference is instead of going into a child like mindset it's a more of a pet mindset (dog, cat, etc.) while age regression you act more child like, pet regression you act more pet like.

Pet Regression

Pet regression is similar to age regression, although you enter the mindset of a puppy. you may yip, bark, be super playful, or find comfort in things a puppy would do (cuddling, chewing on things, wearing cute collars, etc.). This is not to be confused with DDLG or petplay, as this term is SFW (safe for work) and used by people that may have trauma.

"I use pet regression as a coping mechanism when I have flashbacks or if I'm stressed! it helps me calm down."
