A mix of confusion, disillusion and despair after you purchase a premium service and receive a dismal product. Most often used in the context of air-travel.

Bob was qantastic after he purchased business class tickets his flight from Wangaratta to Dubbo and then found himself on a Boganair flight sitting in-between a sheila and two chickens on the last row and arriving with a 3 hour delay.
