There is an orange SRT-4 here with black rims on it that has this blow-off valve thing all the time... like he just lets go of the gas when he is going 20 km/h and PSSSSSSHHHHHHH ...I mean I have an air compressor and if I turned it on and then undid the drain plug it wouldn't make so much PSSSSSSHHHHHHHing

This is a sound that is usually made a a car nerd when they feel the need to imitate the sound made by the spooling of a turbine in a 4 stroke combustion engine. It is then followed by the "koosh" made by the opening of the BOV ( blow off valve, or pop off valve )

As you briskly walk by someone you like to annoy, *pssst koosh*, and then turn to see the awkwar look they give you. Or just get punched in the stomach.

Pssssshhh

Pssssshhh, is the sound of hot air comming from an object or also can be used to imply that what is being said to you is bogus.

It could be the the releasing of steam from an object for example: The hot water heater is smoking and making a Pssssshhh sound.
or,
It could be a sound that one person makes to another for example:

Tom: "I'm gonna win that race, i'm the fastest cat in town!"
Jerry: "Pssssshhh, dream on Tom Cat, everyone knows the mouse always wins!"
