A Projectmatt is a loser who gets on the computer way too much. Nobody really knows where his name come from, and nobody really cares. Known by his strange personality, Projectmatt is a person you will either love or hate.

Person 1: Haha. That guy is so strange.
Person 2: Yeah. He's such a projectmatt.
