A really Fobby Asian chick that has issues pronouncing simplistic and common English words such as green (gring) and milk (myewk) and speaks her own language in an English-speaking surrounding.

Also: often smells like rice and has mood swings on a regular basis.

From Yiddish slang for penis with the suffix -ele (pronounced uh-luh) suggesting sarcastic affection or lack of physical size. Use this word only with cautious discretion, as some may infer anti-Semitic intent by the speaker.
