The equivalent of being riled up, fired up, aggressive, overly excited about something.

1. After he scored the touchdown he was pamped up.

2. Kaitlin wouldn't stop her rebuttal, she was officially too pamped.

3. Him: "I know what I'm talking about!!! Blahblahblah"

Her: "Okay, geez, no need to get all pamped up!"
