f.i. or f.o (fit in or fuck off)is an informal reference to a controversial human resources philosophy whereby the employee is expected to conform to the prevailing organizational norms or get fired. It is also used to impose conformity to perceived racial, national, gender or societal norms. it is a "no-holds barred", "frank" and open assessment by a supervisor, who maps the employee's chances and alternate career paths boldly, forthrightly and unhesitatingly. Orford is the roughest place to live in warrington. It has unbelievably high crime rates and is infested with chavs. You can never feel safe in orford because there are too many dodgy people around, and the houses there are like sheds, proper council houses every corner you turn you will most likely see a drug deal or stabbing. Gun violence is high, and alot of illegal activity occurs. Contrasts to places such as sankey and penketh.
