Nintenditus

The act of defecating and urinating on ones self due to a long period of unbroken gaming.

man #1: Did you hear Steve hasn't left his room in 3 days since he got modern warfare 3?
man #2: Yeah, I heard he's suffering from Nintenditus and hasn't used the toilet since the games release!

Nintenditis

Also known as Gamer's Thumb or Nintendo Thumb, Nintenditis is when some part of your thumb or wrist becomes irritated or swollen due to excessive video game playing. A person with Nintenditis will feel pain or discomfort when bending their thumbs or moving their wrists. Note that this can happen with any finger, and not just the thumb.

I concluded that I had Nintenditis when I noticed a constant pain in my thumb during a game of Super Smash Bros.
